Hi,
I haven't been getting any message notifications all day, both on my mobile/tablet and desktop app, but messages have been sent on the website when I log in online (and then I've had to explain sorry for the delay in messaging you back).
Is anyone else having problems? Can anyone at Upwork check to see what's happening if it is just me, as getting notifications on messages from clients is super important.

Hi Louisa and Joan,
I checked your accounts and it looks like, generally, notifications about unread messages are being sent to your emails. Please note that email notification is not sent if a message is registered as ''read''. A message would register as "read," when Messages are open in a browser tab or in the desktop app. If this happens again please let us know and note if Upwork.com is open anywhere on your computer.

I have not been getting message notifications for over a week. I used to get notifications on my iPhone and my Apple watch. No longer. Very annoying.
