I'm unable to add "work history"

Whenever I Click "add work history" option, my profile opens and unlike other info there's no addition/editing option infront of work history because of which I'm unable to make my profile 100%

Hi Moeez,

Please scroll down on your Profile tab and you'll locate the Employment History section. The Work History section shows projects and feedback you'll receive on them by completing contracts on Upwork. Under Employment History you can include projects from your career outside of Upwork.

There are many ways to get to 100% completed profile, but some items are required.  Please check this help article for more information.
