I'm working on Project and suddenly tracker was stopped and seems like clients account is suspended.

I started my 2nd job on upwork and after 5 hours of work i get notification is contract is paused 

can you explain this situation, can i get my money i worked?

I'm sorry to confirm that the contract is paused because there is an issue with the client's account. Hours billed before the contract is paused are still eligible for Payment Protection. You may read more about paused contracts here.
