I need a manual name review

Hi there

Yesterday UpWork rejected my ‘Get Paid’ bank details because the names on the accounts didn’t match.

I freelance under my married name. My social (& therefore bank and tax etc) is still in my maiden name.

How can I  get a manual name review? I have all the  documents and marriage certificate to prove it etc.
