I need advice regarding two active contracts.

Hello.

I have two active contracts (active milestones of these contracts were completed, I received payment for these milestones). For some (long) time the clients did not create new milestones for these projects.
On the “Active Contracts” page one of these contracts has the “Client’s payment method unverified” mark, the other contract has the “Contract placed on hold” mark.
I was going to write to these clients asking them to end these contracts.
What could you advise? Should I write to clients with such a request?

Just close them yourself or leave them open, it doesn't really matter. The clients are both suspended, no point contacting them. The contracts won't affect your JSS open or closed.
