Hai I need help to solve my problem.

After selecting my job I cant able submit my proposal (my submit button was greyed out)

Take a step to solve my problem & also here I had attached the screen short of my problemed screen.

There are 2 reasons why you cannot yet submit an application: 

1. Your profile is being reviewed at the moment, so you need to wait until it is approved

2. You need to have at least 2 connects in your account (the amount this job requires, please see on the right hand side of the screen) but from my experience, once your profile is approved, you will receive 20 free connects from UpWork to help you start submitting applications.
