I need help with Upworks policy on receiving payment for administration task.

I'm faced with a client who wants me to handle admin setup and payment for a project. Project work and time tracking will be done on Upwork. What's the best way to receive payment to manage the admin setup since it's not a payment for a project.

All payments are subject to Upwork's commission charge - there are no exceptions for expenses related to a project - so if the client wants you to handle it, they need to pay you an extra 10% to cover the commission. It would be better if the client purchases whatever is needed.
