I am trying to add some items to my specialized profile's portfolio, but I can't.
I need the items on my video editing profile, but all the items are on my general profile.

Could you please confirm what's the error you are getting when you are trying to add the contracts related to your specialized profile.
Please also share the Contract IDs of the contracts you wish to move to your specialized profile so that we can try and replicate the issue from our end.
