Hello All,
A couple of days back one of my client ended a project and after some time his server got spammed, He pointed me to all of the mess. I dropped him a message that if there are any malware issues then I will help you clear that and also I will update new code files on your server and I will not charge extra for the same. I worked weeks on the project did everything he asked. But 1 days after the project was ended and he gave me a positive feedback, he reported a dispute on upwork that I did a fraud and intentionally updated a malware on his server to earn extra money and because of that upwork limited my account. I updated upwork that I have screenshots that I offered him to clean his server for no extra money but still there is no response from upwork team and still for 3 days my account is limited.
Also, i want to know that as its a fixed price project and project was already ended then why the profile is limited and I am been accused that I have done these things intentionally?
It's very hard to maintain an upwork profile and after this, I feel very heartbroken what should I do to get out of this ? Do you think i should refund client money after working for over 3 weeks on his project ?
