I need to avoid a potential bad review a client may leave me because I will end our contract

Hello everyone, I am going to end a contract that I started on monday because working with this client isn't at all what I thought it would be. He has a little history of giving bad reviews to freelancers he had a problem with and I'm worried he'll do that to me too. Right now, I've got a 100% JSS but with only a handful reviews, and this might just destroy my profile.

It's an hourly contract and we haven't logged any hours yet. I'm having a talk with him tomorrow to try to agree with him for both parts to just cancel the contract and be as if never existed, but knowing his history, I'm afraid he'll take it the wrong way and put me a bad review on purpose and make my profile useless.

I tried getting in touch with UpWork support about it but I can't get pass the chatbot.

Any solutions to this problem? How can I get in touch with UpWork agents to eliminate this potential negative and unfair review if he's to put one?
Thank you for reading.

You cannot and will not be able to prevent a private negative view, and Upwork will not be able to support your request unless the feedback clearly violates ToS. Lesson to learn - investigate before accepting a Contract with any Client.
