I need to enter to my messages tab but you prevent me any access!

I need to enter to my messages tab but you seem to deny me any access. I need to reply to my client on her job invitation to me. I had to reply urgently to her.

Hi Morano,

 

Are you able to go to your Messages, search by the name of the client or the job and access the room? If not what kind of error do you get?

Thanks Valeria for your prompt reply. No, I am not able to enter my messages. I am directed to an empty page. I have tried a lot to enter but in vain. I also tried to send messages asking for help via Upwork accounts in Facebook and LinkedIn but I also failed.

 

Please, help me if you can.

Morano,

 

Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or use a different browser or Upwork Desktop App to check your Messages? I wasn't able to replicate the issue you are having.
