I need to improve my PROFILE and Cover Letters. Please Help Me.

As a new freelancer, I already did some jobs in the last two months. But I noticed now I'm wasting my connects to Bid for a new job. In the last two months, I get a good amount of client response, and also I get some invitations. But I'm facing a bad time. I'm not getting any invitation and a good amount of client response. 

Can anyone please help me to make a quality cover letter as per the job description and make my profile qualityful?
