I need to report a client who I'm working with and has a fake profile

Hello there,

I got a client who has a fake identity (temporary more than fake, hopefully) on UpWork and refuses to give me their true legal data.

Basically they created an account with a company name, but they say they still have to create legally their company.

Therefore I'm working with some random person who I don't know who they might be.

And if I wanted to sign an Attribution Agreement for the assets I'm producing for them, I can't.

Problem now is that I'd like to open a specific ticket, because it's not just a client, it's my client who I'm currently working with.

And when I try to do it through the green "Get Support" button, the results are just random bot-replies completely worthless and senseless.

Can somebody please help me open this ticket?
