Hi Katie, 

You may go to the job post directly and click on the "Flag as inappropriate" link on the upper right-hand corner of the job post. This will automatically go to the team's queue for their review and action.

The job posting was removed before I was able to do this, is there a way that I can report the email address I was contacted by?

At this point, it is irrelevant. The client's account has already been taken down or otherwise dealt with.
