I need urgent help with withdrawal method (Payoneer)

Hi all, 

I have a real problem with my withdrawal method. 

The problem is that I was using PayPal for withdraw purposes and it worked perfect but today I needed to use a Payoneer account. 

I transferred a big sum to the Payoneer account. 

The account was created years ago, I was trying to log in but can't - I'm not recognising nor telephone nor email address associated with it. I can't reset the password. 

I believe that my old account was stolen. 

I was trying to call Upwork and Payoneer but they are not working during the weekend. 

Can someone help me with this to get my money back to Upwork? 

Maybe flag it as an authorised payment.
