I not have acess to Identify Verificatoin page

Hi! I long period was offline and now I want complete Identify Verification,but on page https://www.upwork.com/ab/identity-verification/ I see  "You don't currently have access to this page". What I may do to fix this error?

That is no error,

You can't verify your IS unless you have been requested to do so.

You also can't share your account with your brother.

I didn't share acess to my account to my brother. We work together, but only I have acess to my account.
