I received an invitation for a free Upwork Skill Certification assessment. is this legit?

Hi there. I received this email which is alleged to be from Upwork.

When I click the link it redirects to a Google form which asks for information about my Upwork account. I wonder why it does not redirect me to the Upwork website and so got suspicous about it.

Anybody can help? is this a legit mail from Upwork staff?
