I shouldn't get my JSS score, I only have one distinct client feedback

as you can see in the screenshot, I have three complete job, one is no feedback, another two are from one client, it's doesn't satiscifed upwork's policy "we reduced the minimum number of distinct clients required to earn a JSS from 3 to 2. ".

Does there has some mistake in my account?

I get my JSS last week, I see it's only 64%.

I have 3 complete jobs, two are 5 stars public feedback one is no feedback, and one cancelled job, two in-progress jobs.

Is it because this no feedback one impact my JSS score?

Or how can I eliminate this no feedback job's impact?
