I suddenly can't access my upwork account, username/email not found, no emails sent..

I was using my accont perfectly yesterday but today i've tried to login and i don't appear to have an account. I've received no communciation telling me anything is up with my account, please advise.

I've also paid for a premium membership which now has also vanished.
