I took the word usage test last week - it has yet to post my score and won't let me retake

Please help me. I got a great score and this is my wheelhouse as a freelancer. I'd be happy if you could somehow either post my unposted test score or just let me take it again. Either way.

I got an error message upon completing the test and it said it would post my score when the servers could communicate again. Fine, but that was DAYS ago and it won't let me just do the test over again. So my test score for this is in limbo. Can I get an update or a do-over so I can have something posted to my profile?
