I've gone back to sitting at a 90% Top Rated status for a month now (from 88% before) and the Top Rated weeks went from sitting at 5 weeks last month to 4 weeks all this month. Wouldn't that change at lease one week to start adding up again?
Thank you

Hi.
I am also facing the same issue from previous 4 weeks, my top rated eligible weeks are stuck at 10/16 .
Despite of maintaining 100% JSS from many months, my top rated eligible weeks are not updating from previous 4 weeks.
Feb 20, 2022 10:23:40 PM by Vytautas G
I started working here 2 months ago.
Currently, earned over 1K and get over 90% Job Success Score.(I think that it was passed 3~4 weeks from getting that score)
But my Top Rated eligible weeks aren't increasing still in My Stars page.
Anyone can explain this?
Thank you.

Hi Pradeep.
Thank you for your attention.
I think there is something wrong with my account.
I had the issue below before and it took almost 10 days to solve it with the help of the support team.
Currently I think there is one more issue.
I was notified almost two months ago to take the Readline test for the Rising Talent Badge, and after preparing for it, I passed the test.
However, I have not yet received the Rising Talent badge.
I didn't really care about this, but after realizing that my account is not working correctly, I would like your help on this as well.
In summary, I think there is a issue with getting the Top Rated and Rising Talent badges.
Thank you for your interest

Hi,
I'd love to know why my Top Rated Eligible Weeks are not increasing for the last 4 weeks. It's 8 of 16 for the last 4 weeks.
Note: I got the Rising Talent badge about 12 weeks ago just by doing 1 single ongoing project. Today I've been substituted with a 100% JSS score. Can anyone help me with why this happened and what I can expect in the upcoming days? I am willing to know what factors just blocked the Week count to be top-rated?
Thanks in Advance!! 🙂

Mohaiminul,
Your top rated eligible weeks are not increasing because it needs to cover all ineligible weeks first of all, by then it will increase.
Thank you.

Thank you so much for the quick feedback.
I am not sure what actually refers to "ineligible weeks" but what I can say is I am currently working on 1 ongoing project where I am working regularly. Except for this ongoing project, I had completed a job as well with good feedback. So there is no point to be the JSS score to be below 90%(Though I've been substituted by JSS from rising talent).
According to an Upwork Moderator, I've known,
To earn Top Rated status, you need to maintain Rising Talent status or a Job Success Score (JSS) of at least 90% for at least 13 of the last 16 weeks.
---- So, I had the RISING TALENT for the last 12 weeks and Today I've been substituted with a JSS of 100%. I don't think I was ineligible for a single week.
I hope you got my point. I'd love to know about this. Thank you so much for your participation.

Hi it seems like there is bug in Upwork and i am also facing the same issue from the last 5 weeks i am supposed to become top-rated by now but my top-rated weeks are also not counting.
I contacted upwork support before 4 weeks so for 30 days they are trying to find a solution and i think it will take more long for them to fix the issue.
But the problem is now supposed they manage to fix the issue by this month then will out those uncounted weeks because of internal issue counted or we will need to work again for that.

Hi all,
I have a strange problem with my stats as it is not updated for 5 weeks and to be specific my top rated eligibility weeks it stuck at 10 out of 16
I did share my issue with support and they confirmed my weeks should be 14/16 weeks and it is a technical issue but it takes time and nothing fixed yet
does anybody had the same issue before and how it can be fixed

Hi,
My Top Rated eligible weeks are stuck at 4 of 16 even though I have 90+ JSS for a while. Can anyone from Upwork support shed some light on why my Top Rated eligible weeks are not increasing?
Thanks

Hi Arslan,
I'm sorry for the delay in getting a response to your question. To earn Top Rated status, you need to maintain Rising Talent status or a Job Success Score (JSS) of at least 90% for at least 13 of the last 16 weeks. The Top Rated Eligible Weeks metric keeps track of that progress looking at the last 16 weeks as a rolling window. The count is updated every Saturday. Feel free to check out this help article for more information on this along with the chart for representation on how the count of eligible weeks changes over a course of 6 weeks.
Thank you.

Hi Aleksandar,
I got 100% JSS a few weeks ago but Top Rated Eligible Weeks is still 0.
Could you please check that and let me know?
Thanks,
Alina

Hi Alina,
I just checked this for you and your "Top Rated eligible weeks" count is "1 of 16" on your My Stats page. This looks correct. Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you’re still experiencing the same issue?
Let us know if the issue persists.
Thank you.

Hello Bojan!
My JSS is above 90% but my total eligible weeks are stuck at 14 out of 16. Can you help me with it?
Feb 12, 2022 08:37:47 AM by Sameer A
I am also facing the same issue. My JSS is >90% but still, the week count has stuck at 2 of 16 and not changing.
Can you please check what the reason is?
Thank you.

Hi Slavko,
Please note that in order for the eligible weeks to increase, you would have to meet the eligibility requirements each new week while non-eligible weeks fall off the calculation. Please check the "Calculating Top Rated Eligible Weeks" section of this help article for more information.
Thank you.
