I've received 26GB of spam messages from Upwork Help Center in less than 2 days

This Monday afternoon I spent almost 1 hour live chatting to solve the most recent (?) issue affecting my profile: tests all messed up. As always, I was sent a chat transcript some minutes after. And from that time on, I've already had to delete 26GB of this spam messages, otherwise my inbox will get full, and I'll be unable to receive/send emails. I'm getting an average of 1,50GB per hour.


A while ago, I asked for an update on this ticket, and was simply told that my issue is in the queue. Now I'm thinking that with all the bugs affecting the website (plus the ones that are surelly on their way) - well, I don't need to finish the sentence, do I? Eventually, I'll turn this spam message deleting into some sorte of daily routine, like checking whether my profile is still missing this and that, etc, etc.
