I verified my account by video call but the Financial Transaction Limit remains

Hello!

 

I started working with upwork, and am already making progress in this. But unfortunately I cannot withdraw my money, the last time I was advised to go through video verification, today I did it, and the ability to send new proposals and change my profile avatar returned to me, but withdrawing money is still not available.

 

Could someone please clarify this for me? Thank!
