I would like to remove my Payoneer account from my profile, so I can add it again.
I made some changes to my Payoneer account, including the email. Now the account has the same email as my Upwork account, but I want it to me removed and then add it again just to be sure.

You will need to reach out to Payoneer customer support and ask them to remove Upwork from your account, once this is finished you can reach out to our customer support to complete the process. Thank you.

I have never added information about Upwork to my Payoneer Account. I just changed te email associated to the account.
I added the Payoneer account to my Upwork account when it has the old email registered. Now that I Updated my Payoneer account, I want to remove and then add it again (with the new amil) to Upwork.
I'm sure this is causing me problems because the payment method related to my Payoneer account was disabled (failed to withdraw funds)

The process that I've described is to remove your Payoneer payment method on Upwork. You will still need to reach out to Payoneer customer support first and then our customer support to complete the process. Thank you.

I talked to Payoneer Support and they told me that everything is OK on their side. The told me that there are no problems with my Payoneer account, so the problem must be with Upwork.

Which part of "Payoneer need to disassociate your Payoneer account from Upwork" before anything can be done are you having trouble understanding?
Don't speak to Payoneer to find out if "everything is OK on their side" - Contact them again and ask them to disassociate your Payoneer account from your Upwork account as you have been told to do, THEN contact Upwork Support to complete the process. That is the only way it can be done, so just do it.
