I want to bill my client for 5 minutes

I want to bill my client for 6 hrs 15 minutes. This will be a manual time addition. Why can't I bill my clients for 5 minute intervals when that is also a period worth recording? Now I have to bill him either 6:10 or 6:20 when I don't want to do so.

I want to bill him $125 and there is not way for me to do so. Why does upwork not allow adding manual time as and when we like so we can come up with exact amounts we want to bill our clients? Currently I want to bill him $120, but I will have to bill him either $120 or $130.

Thanks and Best Regards.
