I want to close an account I have no access to

Hello, I recently opened an account, but would like to delete it and start afresh. However, I do not have access to the account because someone changed the password and can not log-in. Is it possible that it is deleted altogether by Upwork staff? Many thanks, DuplArch Svetla Popova

ok, thank you. Yes, this is why I want to close the old one, but don't know
how to without being able to log into it. Can I please be sent a temporary
password? Apologies for any disturbance.
