Kindly, I'd like to create a custom URL but unfortunately, the One I want is already taken by an account who is no longer works/have any activity or even on a  "Freelancer Plus" plan.

Hopefully, I wanted to be: mohamedmo, instead of mohmedmo

Hi Mohamed,

Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment. Once a URL has been chosen, it cannot be released unless the freelancer chooses another. Thank you.
