Hi, I want to know something.

Questions-1. I have earned $775 USD in the last 4 month. Now, If I can earn $1000 USD in 16 weeks, So can I become a top rated freelancer? My Top-Rated eligible week's stat is 10 of 16.

Questions-2. If 16 weeks over and I haven't earned $1000 USD, So is that possible to become a Top-Rated freelancer.

Please answer this clearly.

As long as you have 13+ eligible weeks when your 12 month earnings reach $ 1000 (it's a 12 month rolling window) you are eligiblle provided you have no account holds.

So you need to hold your 90% or higher JSS until you reach $ 1000 - you already have $ 775, you only need $ 225 more to hit the $ 1000.
