I'm sorry to hear that. I checked your account and it looks like you do not have a JSS yet. If you prefer to refund your client you can do so, and politely explain to them that you are no longer able to continue working on the project.
Regarding your question, refunds do not directly impact the Job Success Score. However, if you refund the full amount of a contract and your client leaves positive feedback, it will not be included in the JSS. This is because contracts with good feedback but no earnings aren't considered in the score.
