I want to speak to someone about verifying my bank details and changing my payment preferences

Hi, I recently submitted my Bank account details via my Payment Preferences, however received the folllowing message: Bank verification in progress

Due to our updated identity policy, at least one of your payment methods has been deactivated as the beneficiary name of the bank account does not match your name.

I understand that this is because my bank account details were in my former surname, and not my current surname, however I have since contacted my bank and asked them to rectify my name on my account so it can match my Upwork Identity. I have attached proof of this in the form of an Account Confirmation document to this email. 
 
If someone could please respond to my request as soon as possible, that would be appreciated. My client has paid me for my work, and I have requested a Payoneer credit card, but I would much prefer to be paid to directly into my bank account as Payoneer has been unable to confirm when I will receive my card.
