Clients can get a sense of your overall skill level and consistency from your Job Success Score on Upwork and the feedback included on your job history on your profile. Many freelancers work towards gaining Top Rated status which you can read more about here. When a freelancer is just getting started out and doesn't yet have a JSS, they can sometimes qualify for a Rising Talent badge on their profile.
