I wants to remove my payoneer account from my this account.

How can I remove my added payoneer account from my this account. I contact with payoneed but they telling me they cant remove. 
So what can I do now?

Why do you need to remove it?

Payoneer need to verify you are the Payoneer account owner, then they can unlink and disassociate it from your Upwork account, afterwards Upwork can remove it, bt Payoneer need to do their bit first.
