I was added to a random talent cloud?

I got a very strange proposal the other day, it said something like "A new job has been added to the xxxxx Private Cloud". Wasn't a 100% sure what this mean so I clicked on it and it took me to a "Private Cloud" page; (see attached pic)

I'm not sure why I was added to this cloud but it seems like the jobs posted here are very good. Can someone please clarify why I was added and whether I should leave/stay?
