I would like to cancel a name change

Hi There,

I submitted a name change a moment ago, but I would like to cancel it. Could you please help?

My verified name is my full name (which I can see on my current contract), however I only want my profile name to be my middle and surname. If my profile name can remain as Louise N, that would be great.
