Hello. I can't add an IBAN number in the payments "Direct to local Bank". My IBAN number starts exactly "PL + my account number". Is that issue can be fixed?

Please contact your local bank and verify the IBAN number of your bank account, in order to add a valid IBAN when setting your withdrawal method. Please, check this page for IBAN Format Example.
my IBAN number is PL 12 3456 7890 0987 6543 1234 5678 (not exactly that, but same format). I take it from my bank information
