ID Not accepted due to name match

Hello, 

 

I'm new to Upwork and went to submit a proposal. Upon doing so i was told that the name on my profile and ID did not match. They do. When i logged in today, it states that i've exceeded the number of attempts and to contact customer support. When i attempt to contact support it routes me to Zendesk and a warning pops up not allowing me to access due to unsecure site. 

 

Please advise.
