ID Verification Issue

I wanted to buy connects using VISA debit card. But, upwork is indicating my ID is not yet verified. When I manage to get the link of ID verification, I get to know my document was already submitted there. However, I don't know when did I uploaded my ID to get verify. From last week I am getting that "We're reviewing your documents and will get back to you within 1 business day". Either verify it or give me option to upload my document again.

Hi Salman,

I checked but it doesn't look like there are any verification requests on your account. Also, I can see you were able to upgrade and get Connects. If you're still receiving a request to verify, could you please provide more information about where you're receiving it?
