ID Verification - Uploaded incorrect file.

I received the notification that I needed to verify my location and ID.  I accidentally uploaded the incorrect file.  Now I appear to be suspended.  I was anticipating a new project.  Can someone please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible?  Thank you.
