ID Verification and Direct Contract Hour Logging on Desktop

I am having so much trouble with ID verification and am not sure why the team cannot approve my identity with my ID now uploaded for the second time. I lost all my work and all 100+ connects and time spent on proposals. I cannot log my hours on the desktop app for my contract starting in about 10 minutes. No one answers the phones and I get the same generic response email. What should I do? It's every time I get a new proposal response that it requests to verify my identity.  This is not a good look for a first time client user. I am so bummed my client is dissapointed.
