ID Verification of Indian

Why My Aadhar ID is rejected. The email states that I have to submit another acceptable ID for verification. Please guide me on this. They said they dont accept screenshots and the place where I have to upload my ids ask for JPEG or PNG file. Need genuine guidance please. Upwork dont send me automated replies please
