ID Verification upload error and lockout

I attempted to upload my ID and after 3 tries I was locked out and am unable to try again. The Chat bot suggested contacting support but there was no number or direction provided. I don't want an existing offer to expire (in 6 days) so I would appreciate some feedback and a resolution as soon as possible.
