I got an email after the direct contract payment from client that My account is on hold and i have to provide Government-issues ID and Bank/Utility Statements. But the problem is I only have Government issued ID but not any Bank/Utility statement because I have filled the form recently for opening a bank account and other bills doesn't generated on my name. They wrote in email that if i didn't provide it within 5 days my account will be suspended. I just want them to increaase the deadline so I could open a bank account and generate the bank statement . I want more than 5 days. Please

May I ask how much time they take to reply on request? Because they gave me only 5 Days and i have to open a Bank account and get the Bank statement in these days. Is it possible to get that in only 5 days?
