Unless you have been contacted and asked to verify your identity, there is no need and no way to do so.
ID verification costs Upwork money, and most new freelancers never win a contract and never generate any income, so it would be a waste of money to ID-verify freelancers before they start earning. That's why there is no tab to do so for people who haven't started earning.
hello sir i got my first upwork project and now upwork asking me for identity verification but verification page did not displaying id types. it is totally blank please help only one day is left to verify my id. i have try to search "adhar" and "voter id", "election card" etc, but it displays nothing or not having option there.

I checked your account and it doesn't seem like there is a hold placed on your account. Are you seeing a notification that informs you about an account hold?
Also, if you need to update your name, you can do so by going to your Contact Info page and updating your name from there. If the team finds any irregularities with your name change request, they will reach out to you directly with more information.

In my country, it is very difficult to get a credit card without having so much money in your account and have a good history of the bank account. So i don't have a bank account and had to buy connects to continue working so i bought some connects with my cousin's bank account and removed his account from the billing methods. Now it is asking me yo verify your id but the name it is showing on the top is not mine, it's bank account holder name which i have to match by uploadi governement id card. The reference is shown in the picture.
I couldn't find any email, so i am writing here. Kindly help me out so that i can work smoothly again.
