This is a simple matter.
Just make sure that your Upwork profile name is your legal name.
And be sure to use that same name as your payment withdrawal account name.
And make sure that is the name that appears on your government-issued identity documents.
I checked and it doesn’t look like you are required to complete any verification process at the moment. The team will let you know if there is a need for any verification process in the future.

Verifying means that you are able to confirm your upwork profile name by official documents. If that is not possible, you can't be verified.

I'm getting difficult when I want to verify my identity. I've received the request that I need to verify my identity within 7 days. But the thing is when I hit the "get started" button, it notifies me that "We are unable to complete ID verification at this time."
