I received an Identity verification link but it sends me directly to the jon board. Could you please help me ensure ID verification?

Hello Avery,

I have completed my account verification before with a photo Id and a video chat. But It says I have to do it again. I am ready for it. But I can not find any link where I can start. Can you please help with that?

Hi, I am facing a problem with my ID identification.
I am living in the UK but all my documents are from Portugal. 
During the ID verification, it asks me to use a UK Driving Licence or UK Passport.
I don't have any of them.

To be able to submit a proposal I need to verify my ID, but how I should verify my Id if there is no other option to choose different ID documents.

Hello Avery,
I got a mail this morning to verify my account. I uploaded my voter's ID, and I kept seeing "We're reviewing your ID, which can take up to 1 business day". Now, I'm trying to verify my ID by initiating a video call, it keeps taking me to "Support". Could you please look into this?

I can't initiate Identity verification by a video call.  

 

step 1. ID added. I did it, but video call, gives error when entering the link.
