Hi Upworks,
I want to change my upworks names to match my bank account details to enable me receive payment when due.
Attached are my support documents.
NB: Due to job mobility, I got address change. Where I stay and work now is different from where I was when I got the national ID.

Hi Ugochukwu,

Looks like your name change request was approved. Can you please complete the W-8BEN form under Settings> Tax Info, which purpose is to confirm you're not a US taxpayer. This should solve your inactivate payment method status.
