ID verified... Name change after divorce

My drivers licence expired and I submitted renewal.

Upload system will not accept drivers license.

My bank account has my name before divorce. I understand ID verification but it really does not work during transitions.

I cannot submit proposals now although my account looks verified.🙄 Where can I send my renewal notice that the state accepts as a valid driver's license?
