ID video Verification

When I click the link in the email for ID video verification from upwork, it just sends me to the Help Center home page. Where do I go from here? Thanks!

I think, Once you will click on Video verification it will take you upwork support then start live chat with upwork customer support, After that upwork support team will send you link to video verification and ask you few question

Could you please try clearing your cache, and cookies, or using a different browser, to see if a chat window will pop-up when you try to access the link? Please make sure that pop-ups are not blocked on your browser. Let us know if the issue persists.

I tried all of the things you suggested. No luck. Maybe you could refer me to an agent who could assist me further and possibly suggest another way I could verify my identity. Thanks!
