IELTS score- pending verification for months

I've added my IELTS (Academic) certificate some 6 months ago. It's still pending verfication. I've added my IELTS (General) certificate some 15 days ago. It's also pending verification. I've contacted upwork support couple of times with no positive outcome- customer support still marked my issue as solved.

I would highly appreciate it if Upwork resolves the issue as soon as possible.
