Id verification Problem and Client account suspended

Dear Upwork Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue I’ve encountered while attempting to verify identity. My government-issued ID has been verified as it appears green check, but I’m experiencing an issue with the camera verification step. A yellow exclamation mark appears, preventing me from completing the verification and there is no option available to appear on camera.

 

Also, there is an issue with submitting the proposal. Recently, I noticed that the “Apply” button is greyed out for all job postings, and a message appears stating “This feature is not available because your client is suspended.”  I look forward to hearing back from you soon. 

If you could provide guidance on how to resolve this or let me know if there are any specific requirements my setup might be missing, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you very much for your support, I look forward to completing the verification process as soon as possible and want to submit, it proposal again.

"Hi Upwork community, I have same issue verify notification shows. I can't apply job and my profile is not longer available when I see in public view of my profile site. When I click to verify it seems like 2 tick on government ID and 3 yellow mark verification and there is no option so I can't click anything else? What should I do to solve this problem?"

Hi, Yes There seem to be fewer job opportunities and quality clients on Upwork compared to before and many clients appear to be suspended as well.

Your 167 screenshot is client's issue. He must resolve it himself.

2 days ago I was interviewed by a client but yesterday I saw that he is restricted from chat. Will it affect my account?

Did you know about the problem with identity verification?

The apply button is disabled on all jobs. It can also occur due to identity verification.

You won't be able to apply until your ID is verified.

The selfie verification has some problem it got yellow mark instead of green and there is no option to do it again

I had the same issue but now my ID is verified and I can apply for jobs. Your ID will verified within 1 to 2 days.
